In celebration of Bal Harbour Shops’ 60th anniversary, a wellness series titled ’60 Years Young’ – embracing the art of longevity, beauty, and well-being – has launched with the Shops first guest featuring MD, nutritionist, world-renowned wellness educator, and author of I’m So Effing Hungry and I’m So Effing Tired, Dr. Amy Shah. Guests enjoyed an engaging conversation on how to promote wellness and how to impact health via nutrition and exercise while enjoying wholesome treats in the Center Courtyard of Bal Harbour Shops.
