INTRODUCING TICKETLESS PARKING
Beginning August 11, all self-parking at Bal Harbour Shops will be ticketless, providing a more seamless experience.
UPON ARRIVAL:
- Enter the 96th Street Parking Garage. Your license plate will be automatically recognized, and the gate will open without a parking ticket.
HOW TO PAY:
- Scan any QR code within the parking garage to access the payment portal. Enter your license plate number and complete payment.
- Please note the following:
- Credit card payment only; cash is not accepted.
- For a seamless exit, we recommend completing payment before returning to your vehicle.
DEPARTURE:
- Proceed to any exit lane. Your license plate will be recognized, your payment verified, and the gate will open automatically.

DRIVING TO THE SHOPS?
Enter and self-park through the 96th Street parking garage or the 9800 Collins Avenue entrance.
NEED TO VALET?
You have three options:
- Valet with us on 2nd/GREEN Level of our 96th Street parking garage (Standard Valet $10)
- Enter through 9800 Collins Avenue and valet with us at Neiman Marcus (ONLY Premium Valet $30)
- Enter through South Collins Gate and valet with us at Saks Fifth Avenue. *Valet car drop-off ONLY at this location. Cars can then be picked up at Neiman Marcus Valet stand. (ONLY Premium Valet $30)
*Insider, Prestige, and Elite Access members will receive complimentary Standard Valet Parking ($10 value).
ELITE and PRESTIGE Access members will receive a select number of complimentary Premium Valet ($30 value) per month.
