Welcome to Versace Icons, a brand new collection from the Milanese house that celebrates decades of dressing powerful women. While renowned (and obsessed over) for its graphic prints and its more-is-more gusto, Versace is also revered for its tailoring: There’s never been a sharper hourglass shape nor a sexier blazer. “I will wear every piece in this collection and have worn similar [such pieces] for decades,” says Donatella Versace. “These luxurious wardrobe essentials showcase the beautiful simplicity of our silhouette.” She also notes that there’s a clear feeling that comes with being, and wearing, an Icon: “Considered, confident and stunning,” says Versace.

Versace Icons launched in early April, 2023. See our highlights from the collection, below.

  1. Black Greca Goddess leather mini shoulder bag

    Greca Goddess mini shoulder bag

Classic quilting details stand as a backdrop for Versace’s iconic Greca hardware. Key feature: A leather strap can be adjusted for shoulder, crossbody, or hand-carry options.
  2. Black Medusa single-breasted blazer

    Medusa single-breasted blazer

Sharp-shouldered with a streamlined fit: This aesthetic is totally Versace. Think sexy, think powerful, think bold.
  3. Black flared formal pants

    Flared formal pants

The sleek fit of these trousers gets a visual kick through flared ankles. Another plus: These pants have a lengthening effect, making you look taller.
  4. Black leather pumps with silver heel

    Pin-Point pumps

A cantilevered heel, a classic pointed black pump. Dress them up for dinner, or wear them to the office, or mix them with jeans and a tee for a weekend look that won’t go unnoticed.
  5. Black slim-silhouette crêpe midi dress

You can never have too many Little Black Dresses. Differentiate one of yours with this midi-length frock featuring Versace’s legendary Medusa hardware on the straps. An instant classic.
  6. Black crop style corset top with Medusa ‘95 hardware

This midriff-baring corset top makes for a strong look, with hints of 90’s-era nostalgia, too. The Versace Medusa adds icon status.
  7. Black elasticized belt with Greca-engraved buckle closure, detailed with leather finishes

    Medusa ‘95 wide belt

A graphic belt (in this case, with Versace’s Medusa closure) brings back turn-of-the-millenium vibes. What it proves: This house never goes out of style.
  8. Gold hoops with removable Medusa drop pendants

Made you look. These chic earrings combine Versace’s Medusa and Greca motifs to glamorous, unforgettable effect.

Not every occasion calls for something as eye-catching as Aquazzura’s new Birdsong collection, but the ones that do, are going to be wild. Inspired by lively birds and lush, tropical landscapes, each piece features intricate handwoven embellishments crafted in Colombia by local artists out of raffia and leather. Consider them an instant escape to an exotic locale every time you wear them.
