On Thursday, March 9th, Bal Harbour Shops along with Gio Gutierrez, leading face and voice in the drink industry, and Thomas Mizuno-Moore, Senior Beverage Manager, Aba / Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, hosted a special tasting of floral inspired cocktails in honor of the launch of Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE – a floral art exhibition from internationally acclaimed Fleurs de Villes celebrating global destinations and discovery. Twenty food influencers and media partners gathered in the private, level 2 terrace of the recently opened Aba restaurant at Bal Harbour Shops as Gio and Thomas added a floral twist to botanical inspired sips, one featuring Hendrick’s new Flora Adora Gin, and got into the action during the live interactive cocktail making demo. Following the cocktail demonstration guests enjoyed a seated dinner showcasing Aba’s menu highlighting their fusion of rich flavors from Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece with Californian influences.
