On Thursday, February 19, Bal Harbour Shops hosted a private Candlelight concert exclusively for Access members in celebration of the Access app relaunch. The evening started with cocktails and tastings by Slim’s, Stephen Starr’s newest restaurant, set to open soon at Bal Harbour Shops.
