Frette Introduces Design Reform

Bedroom set up with bed, table and long chair

TBD

When you think of luxury bedding and linen brands, there’s one that’s usually top of mind: Frette. And for Fall/Winter 2026, this company—which is all but synonymous with ultra-fine sleep—is venturing into new aesthetic territory with the launch of its latest collection, Design Reform.

The collection features an emphasis (albeit perfectly understated, as is the Frette way) on geometries. Structured jacquards and intricate shapes draw the eye, and softness flows throughout. There’s a certain visual modernism at play, too, with motifs that are built through pattern, repetition and texture, as opposed to embellishment. The feeling is exact, but plush.

It’s Frette in full form.

The palette that comprises Design Reform is also notable. Verdigris, drawn from the blue-green patina that develops on copper and bronze, anchors the lineup before giving way to deeper autumnal tones. The effect is carried into the campaign, too, which was shot between Lake Como and Milan. The colors’ impression is one of gentle shifting, like the seasons themselves, as tones morph from lighter and sunnier to richer and woodier (and, frankly, homier). It’s a beautiful transition.

Avant Garde Jacquard, Frette’s signature cotton-silk weave, depicts the season’s defining geometric pattern in verdigris and metallic azure; Oblique Jacquard reworks the house’s Across design in high-relief texture. Grace, the label’s sateen mainstay, gets an intricate curved embroidery that echoes the jacquard’s impression but in a subtler way. Leisure Sateen and Leisure Twill arrive in a new gray melange, while Ultimate—the warmest of Frette’s sateen sheeting—introduces a hue dubbed moonstone.

Decorative pieces add to the geometric focus: jacquard velvet cushions, a wool-cashmere Sovana shawl, a verdigris Meilora kimono. Frette’s collaboration with designer Tara Bernerd adds Art Deco-style pieces in new pine forest and rust color ways; these, too, have a similar architectural undertone.
