To receive the latest Access features, members will need to download or update the app. The updated version supports new functionalities like receipt uploads, referrals, and enhanced account security, ensuring everything works smoothly and your experience remains seamless.

As part of the recent updates to the Access program, we’ve added password-based accounts to better protect your information and give you more control over your membership. Creating a password allows you to securely log in, upload receipts, track your spend, and manage referrals all in one place. The password will only be requested at the initial login. Once logged in, you’ll be able to directly access the app at any time

Receipt uploads give members more control and flexibility. You can earn reward progress regardless of how you choose to pay, and you’re not required to link personal financial information to your account. Accordingly, the credit card linking function is no longer active and available.

Receipts may not be approved for a few common reasons, including:

• The receipt is missing required details such as the store name/address, date of purchase, and total amount
• The image is unclear, cropped, or difficult to read
• The purchase falls outside the eligible submission timeframe (within 90 days)
• The receipt has already been submitted
• The receipt appears to be edited or altered

If you believe your receipt was not approved in error, our support team at AccessSupport@balharbourshops.com and we will be happy to review it again.

Refer-a-Friend allows you to invite friends to join Access and enjoy the program benefits. When your friend joins, adds your referral code in the sign-up form, and uploads their first receipt, you’ll receive a $1,000 reward progress boost towards your next tier as a thank you. Your friend will also earn a $1,000 reward progress boost. Simply log in to your Access account, find your unique referral code, and share with friends via text, email or social media.

After making an eligible purchase at any Bal Harbour Shops store, restaurant, or on BalHarbourShops.com, log into your Access account and either take a photo, upload a photo, or upload a PDF of your receipt. Once submitted, our team will review and apply qualifying spend to your account.

Yes, receipt uploads are required for all purchases you’d like to count toward your annual Access spend.

Yes, receipts can be submitted from the last 90 days. Receipts outside that window may not be eligible. As our program is based on yearly spend, receipts from the past calendar year —even if within the last 90-day window—will not count towards your reward progress spend for the current year.

There’s no limit. As long as purchases meet program guidelines*, you’re welcome to upload all qualifying receipts.

Receipt guidelines:

1. Store or restaurant name must be visible
2. Address of location must be visible
3. Total amount spent must be visible
4. Receipt must be clear and not blurry
5. Receipt must be within the 90-day eligibility window

Your current tier status and benefits remain the same. These updates are designed to enhance how you earn and experience our elevated Access offerings, not change the value of your membership.
