Please note that from Wednesday, August 6th through Friday, August 22nd the entrance and exit at 9800 Collins Avenue will be closed during the hours of 6:00AM – 6:00PM. The 9800 Collins Avenue entrance and exit will be open Monday-Friday during the construction period after 6:00PM and open during normal operating hours on Saturday & Sunday.
In addition, the valet in front of Neiman Marcus will be closed Monday-Friday during the construction period. This valet will be open during normal operating hours on Saturday & Sundays ONLY.
Entering/Exiting of Bal Harbour Shops will be through our 96th Street parking garage. Normal operation will resume on Saturday, August 23rd.
HOW TO NAVIGATE THESE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS?
We strongly encourage our customers to enter and exit through our 96th Street parking garage during the construction period of 08.06.25-08.22.25. The ongoing construction at the 9800 Collins Ave. entrance/exit will cause delays and traffic flow interruptions.

Standard Valet ($10) is located within our parking garage on the GREEN LEVEL (entry is located off 96th Street).
