The 17th annual Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout returns on January 14.
A legendary setting on Grand Cayman’s Seven-Mile Beach, an exclusive line-up of some of the world’s top chefs, and five days of immersive culinary driven events hosted by chef Eric Ripert—it’s easy to see why The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout is the apex of culinary events. Now in its 17th year, the annual event will take place from January 14 to 19 and include such celebrity chefs as José Andrés, Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud, Daniela Soto-Innes, Gregory Gourdet, Andrew Zimmern, and Stephanie Izard, among the 15 headliners, who will lead everything from rare wine and spirits tastings, private jet excursions, and barefoot beach BBQs to chef-led cooking demonstrations and a finale dinner at Blue by Eric Ripert.
