I’m the kind of person that doesn’t necessarily wait for an occasion to gift something special. But when Valentine’s Day rolls around, I just can’t help but feed into the love-fueled frenzy! Here, I’m sharing a dozen gifts that have caught my eye—some of which have been flagged for follow-up since that last holiday marathon known as December. From fragrances to heart-festooned handbags, charming jewelry, and a few ideas for the littles, consider this your VDGG—in brief.

  1. Bottega Veneta white bag and wallet with small red hearts

    Bottega Veneta

“There’s no going wrong with Bottega, and this large Cabat bag adorned with hearts would certainly warm mine! (The matching wallet is a close second.)”
  2. Bvlgari gold serpenti necklace

    Bulgari

“The Serpenti collection has forever charmed me. Maybe in the Year of the Snake I’ll finally charm it back!”
  3. Diptyque two red and pink candles

    Diptyque

“Set the mood, clear the air, and embrace the holiday with this limited-edition pair of candles, released especially for Valentine’s Day. If there’s anything better than a diptyque candle, it’s two of them!”
  4. Ara Vartanian gold earrings with black diamond and white diamonds

    Ara Vartanian

“I love the silhouette of these 18K yellow gold earrings, and the unexpectedness of the black diamonds. They’re classic and just a little edgy.”
  5. Le Labo gray candle

    Le Labo

“Have you noticed that santal is everywhere? Well, I like to stick with the OG and lean way in with the large concrete Santal 26 candle.”
  6. Chloé long gray dress

    Chloé

“I cannot deny that I’m a Chloé girl. And since Chemena took the reins, I’ve become borderline obsessed. This long silk dress with lace is everything.”
  7. Valentino white button down shirt

    Valentino

“If you want to up your button-down game like I do, this one’s for you. The daisy collar buttons make the cotton Popeline shirt just playful enough.”
  8. Assouline Heart of Love book cover with red heart

    Assouline

“When in doubt, a tome from Assouline will always hit the mark. And this one, exploring the heart, symbolically and anatomically, as well as modern love, is the perfect choice this holiday.”
  9. Prada teddy bear keychain in a pink dress

    Prada

“I’m sure this sweet Prada charm was made with my little one in mind. I could try and make it my own, but it would surely end up in her hands either way.”
  10. Tiffany & Co. Gold cuff

    Tiffany & Co.

“As soon as the Elsa Peretti Split ring was released last year, it landed on my covet list. Maybe this year!”
  11. Bonpoint scrunchie with pom pom tassel

    Bonpoint

“I love Liberty fabric and think this Elory scrunchie is so chic. It’s also made from organic cotton and subtly hints at Bonpoint’s signature with the cherry tassel.”
  12. Loewe parfume bottles one in blue and the other in green

    Loewe

“I love the idea of complementary scents, and Loewe’s Esencia and Cobalt offer just that. Layer them or share the love between you and your S.O. for a little bespoke alchemy!”

“Drawing from the elegance and symbolism of Japanese aesthetics, this floral couture gown expresses spring as a season of renewal, precision, and living beauty. A dramatic, obi-inspired pink waistband represents harmony and strength.” —Lorrie Sanon, Indigo Hues Designs, presented by Makoto.

“Our mannequin captures the spirit of spring through a fresh, fashion-forward botanical vision. Designed in a palette of crisp whites and soft blues, the gown is composed of layered spring blooms that create movement, lightness and texture, evoking blossoms unfolding in a European cafe garden.” —Nadja Rain Soimaud, Flowers by Rain, presented by Avenue 31 Cafe.
