The Fall issue of Bal Harbour Magazine has arrived, and we couldn’t be more excited to give you the first look!

Digging right into this season’s must-haves, fashion influencers and content creators Tamu McPherson and Chloe King share their top picks in a special interview held over Zoom.

And it just so happens that one of McPherson’s favorite stylists, Ramya Giangola, is profiled in this issue. One of three powerhouses featured in our Style Setters column—joined by Katie Sturino and Rachael Wang—the three take us on a tour of their wardrobes, wish lists and what a day at Bal Harbour Shops looks like for them.

Inspiring women are at the core of Bal Harbour Magazine, and we’re so lucky to have found five formative females right here in Miami who are changing the shape of the city with their presence. Whether it’s the causes they’re championing, the intentions they’re setting or the styles that set them apart, this group of women is one to watch out for!

We also proudly support the creative talent of some truly visionary men in this issue, starting with our cover story by the celebrated young photographer Brad Ogbonna. His storytelling, alongside stylist Tiffani Williams, left us longing for a great escape this fall. Even if it only occurs vicariously through our pages, we think you’ll feel great joy in getting lost in the season’s sensual, sensible and show-stopping fashion!

And, on location at BHS, Will Kahn, a Town & Country contributing editor who’s also known as @willsnotebook, turns his iPhone lens to the spectacular jewels on view at the Shops. We love his personal approach to this story, complete with notes in his own hand captured alongside covetable jewels in his very famous notebook.

No issue of Bal Harbour Magazine would be complete without turning a spotlight on fashion illustration. And this issue we really lit up our pages with the launch of the BHS Creative Challenge, where we invited artists to submit their fashion-inspired illustrations for a chance to be published. Famed artist and illustrator Ruben Toledo helped us pick the winner, Claudia Radvanyi, whose work you can see here.

We also round up a few must-follow wellness gurus, talk about resilience with a leading professor in the field, share a tender discussion about friendship with authors and pals Fanny Singer and Aminatou Sow, profile the creative directors of Balenciaga and Marni, meet Brazil’s ultimate fashion influencer, check in with Artistic Director Alessandro Sartori on the 110th anniversary of Ermenegildo Zegna, talk to stylist Shiona Turini about everything from “insecure” to secret set tricks (spoiler: dry cleaner sticks will become your new best friend), take a look back at the enduring influence of the palm-leaf print and ask the legendary Lynn Yaeger to share a bit of fashion nostalgia with us.
