In honor of its 60th anniversary, Bal Harbour Shops has been hosting a series of wellness events titled 60 Years Young. Most recently, Bal Harbour Shops partnered with The PURIST and legendary meditation teacher Bob Roth to present an exclusive experience dedicated to the art of longevity, beauty, and well-being. More than 70 guests gathered for a transformative guided meditation led by Bob Roth, one of America’s most respected experts in Transcendental Meditation and author of the New York Times bestseller Strength in Stillness: The Power of Transcendental Meditation. Attendees gained valuable insights into maintaining optimal health and wellness through natural practices, especially in today’s busy and fast-paced world.
