Looking for a killer coat? Well this is your lucky season. From blazers to bombers, designers have given men’s jackets an ultra-stylish spin. We rounded up our favorite looks that you’ll find in the Bal Harbour boutiques.
Impeccable tailoring and classic alpha male attire are emphasized in Canali’s latest lineup. Iconic Kei jackets, known for their soft silhouettes and refined look, have been updated in sharp new colors and patterns with a secondary pocket-square pocket at the hip. Other luxe layers like buttery leather jackets and long, lightweight trenches can also be found in the collection.
For Bottega Veneta’s Resort delivery, Tomas Maier has outdone himself with an assortment of spectacular lambskin jackets. This one’s a winner with its brilliant color and crinkled finish that only gets better with age as it adapts to the wearer. Be sure to leave the zipped collar open to show off those intrecciato details on the inside.
Gucci’s leather bomber is already destined to be a cult classic. This statement piece is embroidered with two of the brand’s most distinctive symbols: the roaring tiger motif and 25, which is Alessandro Michele’s favorite number. The blue and red Web knitted collar is detachable.
Wanderlust-loving guys will gravitate to Prada’s Spring collection, an eclectic array of travel-themed activewear. There’s utilitarian appeal in the plethora of nylon parkas found throughout the collection. Play-it-safe grey works for reserved types; tropical prints for the more sartorial adventurous.
Dapper dudes, check out the selection of jackets with impressive Italian swagger at Ermenegildo Zegna. This checked style is crafted in Trofeo Light wool, the house’s renowned multi-season fabric with a light weave.
Just like Cristóbal Balenciaga, Demna Gvasalia is captivated by the architecture of clothes and this season he played with shoulder proportions. A bomber with a sharp boxy shoulder brings of-the-moment appeal to your wardrobe.
Dolce & Gabbana presented a collection punctuated by new silhouettes and the house’s unique Italian pizzazz. Their houndstooth trench in a longer length feels fresh and exciting for Spring.
Wild out in DSquared2’s Glam Leopard bomber jacket. Leopard print has migrated from the women’s collections and promises to be a top trend in menswear this season.
