Jimmy Choo Gets Personal

Fashion News
Jimmy Choo’s Made-to-Order offerings.

A custom wardrobe may sound like a dream. Perfectly tailored pieces made just for you, no alterations and a perfect, flattering fit every time. Well, whether this is your reality or still a dream, Jimmy Choo has a new Made-to-Order program that will have your feet in custom style.

This Summer, Jimmy Choo introduces its customers a tempting suite of signature styles that can be custom made in a myriad of colorways, textures and finishes tailored to personal style preferences.

The tradition of made-to-order shoes can be traced back to the roots of the brand and has continued quietly throughout the company’s evolution as it has grown from a small London atelier to a global luxury fashion brand. Occasionally, by special request, a client would order a special fabrication, an exotic material or unique color for a special event, most notably on the red carpet, where Jimmy Choo made to order shoes continue to have a steady presence.

“Throughout the years at Jimmy Choo, we set out to maintain the same level of personalized service and attention to detail as when we were crafting shoes one pair at a time, for one client at a time,” says Creative Director Sandra Choi. “Bringing this made-to-order service directly to our customers in our stores allows us to faithfully preserve our heritage of personalization, and allow every woman to have a bespoke pair of Jimmy Choo shoes.”

Representing the House signature style, Choi has selected her favorite Jimmy Choo silhouettes for inclusion in the Made-to-Order program. These shoes are the time-honored iconic designs, continually adored by clients worldwide and perfectly suited for customization and include the Anouk, Lance, Lottie and Tite in varying heel heights.

Clients may choose from delicate suedes, lustrous satins, sumptuous leathers, glitter, crocodile or exotic snakeskins, and be creative with a palette of colorways. For an extra personal touch, Made-to-Order customers are offered the chance to personalize the soles of the shoes with the addition of monogram initials.
