Harry Winston one-of-a-kind Paraiba Tourmaline Diamond drop necklace.

As Miami readies for the influx of collectors and style setters, Bal Harbour’s shops are also getting ready, by bringing out—and in some cases flying in—the most exclusive and sought-after merchandise to meet the demands of this very discerning crowd. Harry Winston, for one, has brought in the stunning diamond necklace featuring a rare 66.5-carat Paraiba Tourmaline drop set in platinum.

Here we’ve rounded up some of the very special offerings in store this week, from jewels to heels and everything in between.

Sergio Rossi Precious Shoe collection
Exclusively available in the US at Sergio Rossi Bal Harbour, the Sergio Rossi Cachet silhouette in antique silver and gold, is hand-crafted in crocodile and laid with 22-carat goldleaf. Each delicate gold and silver leaf is carefully applied to the skin, by the expert hand of a craftsman. Further, the skin is processed to obtain a lived effect and get the touch as smooth as if it were a fine silk.

Tiffany & Co.
Tiffany & Co. presented select pieces from their exclusive Blue Book Collection, its annual presentation of the world’s most spectacular jewels, at a series of private events held in Miami for Art Basel. A brunch at Tiffany & Co. Bal Harbour featured cuisine by Chef Michele Bernstein, who happily signed and gifted copies of her book Cuisine á Latina to guests of the event. But it wasn’t just the gourmet meal that whetted appetites; the Blue Book Collection’s 119-carat aquamarine bracelet, seen here, caused a different sort of feeding frenzy as well. Guests also left with a Tiffany blue box of their own with special Tiffany mementos inside, but the as they freely shopped for their own jewelry indulgences.

Graff Diamonds
Graff is proud to offer this pair of diamond and sapphire butterfly motif earrings—the only pair like it available in the U.S. The white gold and white 22.8-carat multi-shape diamond Butterfly motif earrings are set with a round sapphire concave backing.

Oscar de la Renta
On exhibition (and sale) this week only, Oscar de la Renta presents its Fine Jewelry Collection featuring 15 one-of-a kind necklaces, bracelets and brooches, including the ruby and uncut diamond brooch, seen here. Using precious and semi-precious stones, the settings are reminiscent of Mughul style.

Chloé
Chloé premiered its Resort 2012 collection in the U.S. on Fisher Island this week during a private cocktail reception presented by BNY Mellon. The Vanderbilt Mansion courtyard provided a magical setting to kick off Art Basel week, and guests included Danny Santiago, Daniel Azoulay, Jorge Arevalo, Nicole and Edgar Lozano and Jose Valdes-Fauli. Shop the new Resort collection just in at Chloé Bal Harbour.

Yves Saint Laurent
This week YSL Bal Harbour will carry its ultra exclusive Saint Malo T-strap espadrille. Only 35 of these espadrilles were produced. A scalloped white rubber sole is carefully crafted to give a light, airy feeling creating an updated silhouette of the iconic high-heeled espadrille first created by Yves Saint Laurent in the 70's. Natural straw covers the wedge while luxurious patent leather comprises the sandal's straps and adjustable ankle strap.

Max Mara
Max Mara presents its Anna Anniversary Coat in homage to Anna Karenina. Only 22 pieces were produced and will be traveling to Max Mara stores worldwide, including Bal Harbour Shops, just in time for Art Basel.

Inspired by the femininity and decadence of Russian style and design, particularly that of Fabergé, the Anna Anniversary Coat is made from pure albino camel hair and combines an elegant coat (embellished by a mink fur collar and by inlay detail in golden damask and with a precious trompe l'oeil effect breitschwanz fur lining) with a sleeveless sheath dress with matching damask detail.

Audemars Piguet Millenary 4101
This watch sparks natural curiosity. There is no longer any need to turn the watch over to admire the movement through a sapphire crystal caseback, because the movement of the Millenary 4101 has actually been built to show itself off—face forward. Hand-decorated and assembled in the Le Brassus workshops, Calibre 4101 boasts exceptionally high-quality execution and finishing. Winding is ensured by a 22-carat gold oscillating weight mounted on ceramic ball bearings. The movement of the steel version has an elegantly understated colour achieved by an anthracite galvanic treatment, while that of the pink gold version is rhodiumed and gilded.

Optica
Optica showcases the "Jackie O" Morgenthal Limited edition, 25th Anniversary Collection this week. Handcrafted in Germany and limited to 25 pieces each, three styles will be available: Flange is crafted from classic spotty buffalo horn and was first released in 1990; Chet is originally from the 1995 Morgenthal Frederics collection and is made from Blonde natural buffalo horn; Mimi is originally from the 1991 Morgenthal Frederics collection and is made from natural buffalo horn.
