The Sea View Hotel was one of the first structures to grace Bal Harbour Village’s coastline, spearheading the towns’ early positioning as a luxury destination.

The hotel features 220 newly renovated guest rooms with private balconies and terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. An Olympic-sized heated swimming pool is surrounded by 50 private Key West-style cabanas and has a full-service pool bar. The Sea View’s Terrace Room offers contemporary cuisine in a relaxed setting with spectacular views of the Atlantic. In addition to the Pool Bar, the recently renovated Emerald Lounge offers nightly live piano (in season). For a little nostalgia, visit the Diner, one of the hotel’s most popular gathering place. Open for breakfast and lunch, the Diner is a perfect spot to pop into for a quick bite or indulgent milkshake.

Its recipe is the same as the one created in 1915 by Grandma Rachele and handed down from generation to generation by the Fabbri family.
