That's one of the key reasons The Shops have worked hard to be a good neighbor and have consistently supported local charities and civic activities. Bal Harbour Shops is also the largest single taxpayer in Bal Harbour which significantly reduces the property taxes paid by every homeowner in the Village.
We love our community and we are proud of Bal Harbour Shops just the way it is today. But the world is changing around us and in order to stay relevant and competitive we must adapt to new market imperatives.
